- Mute the show name + main cast on social.
- Decide if you want live watch or next-day binge.
- Clear 30–60 minutes after for feelings / discussions.
During
Watch uninterrupted once if you can. Pausing every five minutes for chat reactions often makes endings feel weaker than they are.
After
Read recaps labeled with spoiler warnings. Avoid “ending explained” videos until you have your own take — they can overwrite what you felt.
